What a fantastic day for a hike up the mountain. It was a pleasant trip up. A lot of views and a cool breeze. I have to say, in the 8 years I have been on this mountain, this is the best weather I have seen for April. The snow is melted and turned the corner around the kitchen and were greeted by the llamas. What a welcomed sight. They were able to make it up Trillium. Now, Trillium trail is still closed, they are allowing the llamas to use the trail. The season is starting to feel somewhat normal. Chris and I had a great time on our days off, but we are ready to get back to work. I will leave you with some images of our favorite four legged friends.
Our llama wrangler, Alan Householder, with Clifford.
Meet Sparky the llama. He's my favorite. (Don't tell the llamas.)
The llamas are taking a break before their trip back down the mountain.
