2016 LeConte Olympics?

8/9/2016

This is Buttermilk reporting from the top of a sunny mountain. It's an absolutely beautiful day up here. Yesterday's high was 69 and today's low was 57.

I will now pose a question.....If the crew had their very own LeConte Olympics, what types of events should we have? So far we've come up with rock throwing, trail running, and log lifting. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!

There's always Wife Carrying. Sort of an obstacle course with a gal on your back. Not sure who is smallest, but she'd be a contender!
Then there's "Up the stairs canteen toss" shot put style.
I'm sure there's more!

How about a variation on basketball, corn hole that involves tossing trash into the incinerator. I would to here what the opening ceremonies would feature, hopefully you could get the llamas involved.
As always keep up the great news from the mountain

Trash toss is good. Pancake flip for accuracy, speed and height. Lets not forget winter will be here soon enough.

100m bear crawl....4 X 100m bear crawl....cookie catapult. I would love to be seeing you guys doing any of the "events" that have been suggested. It would be alot of fun! If you do have a Leconte crew Olympics, please take pictures!
