It was a sunny hot 72/53 day with thunderclouds knocking in the background. No rain though! Always a possibility on the mountain so be prepared. We have llamas today!
Please let us know if there are any trees down on Trillium, otherwise the boys can't come up and see us! Take your time coming up and stay hydrated!

What a great place to take a nap or to sleep the night. Do you all rent the hammock on a nightly basis?

Hiked to LeConte that day. A park ranger was in the Alum Cave parking area alerting hikers about the heat and humidity.
