It's a beautiful, blustery day up top. The high yesterday reached 34 degrees. The overnight low was 16 degrees, recorded shortly after observation yesterday morning. It was 34 degrees and cloudy at 7am observation. The mountain received .22" of rain yesterday. There is still about 8 inches of snow up top, with a crunchy, ice layer atop some softer drifts. I would definitely recommend MicroSpikes and full winter gear if you intend to reach the summit. Enjoy the day!
