This morning we woke up to a frigid 10 degrees outside. We all bundled by the heater in between breakfast and camp clean up. However, once the sun hit the mountainside for a little while, the snow began to melt leaving us at our high of 35. We will have to wait to see if it warms any more throughout the afternoon. Tonight, we are expected to remain in the 30s until the sun sets. Into the evening hours, we could see temps in the lower teens once again. If you are planning a hike up, warm layers are a must and traction devices are strongly encouraged as there are reports of ice on a majority of the trail. We hope you have a fantastic start to your week!
