Monday, Monday! A sleepy 59 Easter Sunday didn't last long! What a busy day so far. A temperate 42 night gave way to our bear acquaintance making the rounds around camp, knocking on doors and even proposing to help us cook breakfast! Such help we prefer to do without. The off/on rain showers seem to be keeping him at bay for a bit, so hopefully this week's forecast of rainy days upon more rainy days will help.
Pack for the wind and the wet, you never know when it will happen up here. Llamas will be up Wednesday.

We had a great visit on Easter Sunday. The staff does an awesome job and made our stay very enjoyable. We saw deer and a rabbit and many squirrels and were lucky enough to enjoy watching the llamas. Fortunately we did not have a visit from the bear at our cabin! Looking forward to proudly wearing our 2017 t shirts showing we made the trek to LeConte!
