Good morning! Apologies for the lack of blog post yesterday, the internet was as finicky as the weather. Yesterday's high was 47 and the low was a very cold 24. We had snow flurries in the morning, sunshine during the day, rain with dinner and then hail and sleet for dessert! Today is sunny but chilly, only 29 at the moment. But the sun is promising to stay out and warm us up a bit this afternoon.
Everyone have a beautiful weekend! I am off to New Orleans tonight and will be back next week!

Sounds like the normal weather in Texas! But the difference is it could be freezing early in the morn and in the 70's and 80's by late afternoon. Have fun Ruthie! Been to New Orleans only once, but it was fun!! Ruthie be careful in Sin City.LOLI only live 126Mi.from New Orleans and have been there many many times. My daughter has been to the Jazz Fest.several times and she loves N.O.Have you been to Mardi Gra??I have never been to Fat Tuesday (too much for me even when I was young) but several times the sun.before.Bourbon ST. is nothing like it was 35 or 40 yrs. ago.I'm not old enough to go there now.LOL LOL We go on cruises out of N.O.They did away with RiverWalk and if you can believe it put an Outlet Mall!!!! Have fun and we will be in the Smokies 4 25-May 1st.and wish I could meet you but afraid I'm too old to go again.I don't miss a day reading the d.p.and looked a doz.times wed.
