The humming birds are going crazy. The bee balm in in full swing. The cone flowers are on the verge of opening and the monks hood are about to burst. Won't be long now. The blackberries are starting to fruit and they should be big and ripe for the picking within a few weeks. I am sure the bears will be fighting us for that feast.

I am so happy I do not have to fight those bears for the blackberries! We were in the Smokies last week and came home to find a big ziploc baggie full of blackberries. We've been going outside and eating those straight from the bush. Yum! My 17 year old daughter loves to cook and is baking a blackberry cobbler today! I can't wait to get home this evening!
