Getting Back to Normal

4/15/2010

Routines are getting back to normal. The llamas made another trip yesterday. It feels good to be back in full swing of things. We are still enjoying the beautiful weather. Spring time means it could go away at any time. The guests are enjoying the warmth and relaxing vibes that Mt. LeConte has to offer. The high yesterday reached 64 with a low of 44. I got out around camp and caught some guests soaking up the rays.

From the look on her face, Karen appears to be a bit tense in that hammock ! Don't blame her, I could never completely relax in one; I think I'd really love working at the lodge and meeting new folks all the time; weather seems to be great there; sure glad you have this site for updates and all. thanks.

Hey ladies and guys! We loved our visit this Sunday. We hiked up the Rainbow and back out Trillium. Trillium is not closed just the trail head is closed. It adds about 2 miles to get back to the rainbow trail head via old sugarland but it was worth every step since we had the the mountain all to ourselves(expect for the llamas on the way up)! We had a great time and we are looking forward to visiting again!
