 "In every walk with Nature one receives far more than he seeks." — John Muir It is going to be a beautiful day for a hike. The sun is shining and the weatherman says it is supposed to be warmer. The temperature reached 32 last night. It was a bit chilly. Yesterdays high was 48. I hope everyone gets a chance to get outdoors today and enjoy spring at its finest.

Hiked to LeConte on Friday via Alum Cave trail. Surprised the high was only 48. It seemed warmer.

What great words from Muir. Yes, I did manage to get up Brushy Mountain today. Couldn't have been more perfect hiking weather. What part of the lodge is visible from over on Brushy? I thought I was seeing a roof or something up at the lodge today. Comments are closed.
