The clouds moved in and threatened a down pour, fortunately, we were never rained on. Chris took this photo last night. I though he captured the spirit of the tree very well. We learn to find the beauty even when the storms are looming. The weather guys are calling for a hot one today. I bet we will reach above 70. The low last night was 51 with a high of 65. Tomorrow will officially be summer and I think the heat is coming in with it.

We are planning on hiking up the mountain tomorrow. I sure hope the weather will be pretty.what do you think about the weather tomorrow?

It's noon and 93 in central Ohio. Out working in my flower beds for two reasona. I want them to look nice and because all that work will help me get in better shape for my trip coming up in the Smokies! So no rain in Gburg or mts over the 4th of July please. Happy hiking to all!

It's the end of June in Central FL...about 2 weeks ago we start our 5 month stretch of ridiculous heat and humidity...the air is so thick that it feels like you're swimming at times, and you can feel the humidity shoot up as the sun rises each morning around 6:10. I don't mind it too much though, it helps me to sweat out a little extra water weight during my run each morning, and it makes the anticipation of October bittersweet. Wish we could come up and get some of that 70 degree weather this summer.
