I Love Rain

7/2/2012

After a third 80 degree day on the mountain, I was thrilled to hear the sound of rain out my window last night. The sky dumped almost 2 inches on us over night. I told Chris he forgot to unplug our strobe light before going to bed, then I realized we don't have a strobe light. The thunder and lightening put on an intense show. I must say, it feels wonderful this morning. It is currently 54 degrees and for the first time in 3 days, there is a nice breeze blowing through camp. I never thought I would be so happy to see rain.

Ken - I would 2nd Walk in the Woods, have used them about 10 times in the last 2-3 years. They have always been prompt and professional.

We used A Walk in the Woods last week. They were great. I hurt my knee on the way down and when we could get a signal we called and told them we'd be about an hour late. It was not a big deal and Vesna even walked up the trail to see if she could help. I would highly recommend them.

We used Walk in the Woods and they were great!

Can you send some rain to Nashville? We have had five straight days of triple digit temps and record breaking heat! It is HOT!
