I was fortunate enough to hike up in the afternoon with a few friends. Since I do most of my hiking from 10-3, I usually miss the way the colours and light play with the mist. Fortune is always smiling upon me.
Morning, It was a mild day up on the mountain. The high was 36 up top. The low was 21. It was 27 and clear at observation. It looks like it'll be a beautiful, clear day up top. There's still quite a bit of water on the trails. I got a few nice pictures of sunrise this morning. I'll be posting them tomorrow, as I already have a pile of good shots from Alum and sunset yesterday. LeConte is just too beautiful lately.

All of the elements are captured in one picture. I do so enjoy the picutres and commentary. This picture reminds me of a clearing between Cliff Tops and Myrtle Point. Such a wonderful photo and thanks for sharing. I agree that you should certainly market a CD. I would be your first customer. Comments are closed.
