Good Afternoon! It was an amazing Independence Day for guests and crew yesterday. We enjoyed the warm weather (our new high at 75 degrees) with a picnic on the back porch of the dining room (special thanks grill master Heather) followed by two rounds of capture the flag. Afterwards, we went back to the porch to view the ant sized fireworks that were flashing throughout the valley. They were SO tiny, that we were reminded how small this world is and how high above the town we really are. Today, we’ve had a very warm morning sitting at 68 degrees and rising; with the expectation of rain and storms this afternoon and for the next 2 days. Remember that rain gear! -Adventure is out there.

I was thinking to myself while reading your 4th of July post, I wonder how big/small the fireworks had looked from Leconte. I was also wondering if anyone was able to get any pictures/videos of the fireworks being displayed below?
