Good Morning,

Sunny skies, starry night, and back to sunny skies. We’re deep into a beautiful stretch of days here on the mountain. Going to be on the slightly cooler side once again high above East Tennessee, but it sure feels great compared to getting cooked down below. We’re starting off in the mid 40s for consecutive breakfasts, but today we’ll gradually make the climb out of the cellar and begin to see warmer average temps. The lodge should have no problem getting into the lower 60s this afternoon. Friday and now Saturday are showing plenty of sunshine in the forecast, with Sunday afternoon calling for the return of turbulent skies. It seems travelers are well aware of that fact and eagerly flocking to the mountain. A lot of folks visiting the summit and nearby landmarks to admire the grand vistas and soak up the refreshing waters of streams and falls.
