Good Afternoon!

It’s a chilly and cloudy day up here on top. With temps currently at 55 degrees, we are loving the temp change! Yesterday, there was no new rain and our high for the day was a very warm 67 degrees. Overnight, our low was 52, rather chilly for this time of year! If you do choose to come up today, remember that rain gear as we are expecting another full afternoon/evening of rain and thunderstorms. We hope to see you at the top grabbing a warm beverage and sitting by our heaters!

Here's a picture of items a guest brought up recently. And we are loving these treats! Thank you to them for supplying us with items we don't receive all the time. While it is NOT a requirement, if you would like to bring treats up for the crew, we are always accepting candy, sodas and fresh fruit. Thank you for all you do for us!

Beautiful photo! So green and inviting. We have plans to stay at the lodge again this late October. So, if I can make the hike up, maybe I'll bring up some Halloween treats like I did two years ago. Have a wonderful day!
