Hello down there! I did say that yesterday was just lovely... I may have spoken too soon. Today is so much better. We have some super nice guests that are staying a second night, and the creative juices in the kitchen are at an all time high. #WhosThatInTheKitchen
Luke is so excited about his upcoming days off that he is going about his day in song! #youWillBeMissed #byeLuke #niceShorts I'm getting the privilege to clean out our incinerator! #LuckyMe
It is approximately 62.4 degrees and sunny.
Yesterday's high reached 67 and the low plummeted to 45. #noRain

50 years ago this summer my family visited LeConte. This spring we made a trial run to see how we or I endured the hike at this age (83). It was a great success and we plan to make a return trip this fall.

Congrats Burlyn. An inspiration to us slightly younger folk:) Guess being as young as you feel really works...

Congrats Burlyn! I've make the hike to Leconte 30+ times over the years and plan a July hike up Trillium. And since I am only 79, I shouldn't have any problems! You inspire us all.
