Kitchen

12/2/2010

Good Morning All,
A cold day yesterday, Never got above 13, and lowered down to 8 at night. The Kitchen has been finished, now it just needs some organizing. You can see the different water containers lined up filled with spring water to use for cooking, drinking, dishes, and showering.

The sunrise was really quite epic this morning. As of yesterday the trails up here took some damage from the high winds the other night. Expect fallen trees and Ice from bottom to top.

Looks like snow coming this weekend.

I too enjoy a quick peak at the beautiful scenery when I am at work. I have hiked several trails in the Smokies but not this. Plan to this coming summer though. Thanks for sharing the scenery with us. The floor looks great!

Hey Alex,

So who got the lucky job of carrying all the tile up there to the lodge. I ask because I do tile work here in Florida and we use wheel barrels to move the stuff. Does the lama pack bring it up, or is the contractor responsible?

Nice post !!!!!!This url is very great and enjoyable to read. I am a huge believer of the topics blogged about. I also enjoy reading the replies, but I notice that alot of people should stay on topic to try and add something to the original blog post. I would also ask everyone to bookmark this page to your most used website to help spread the word. Thanks
