Good Morning All, We're hoping this is winter's last hoorah. Yesterday afternoon's high reached a meager 20 degrees, but the topic of the day was our overnight low of -3.2 (!!!) and windy. At the moment, we're waiting to eclipse 0 degrees again, but there is promise in the brightening skies. Throughout the last 24 hours we received some additional snow, bringing our current total to 7". Our team tackled the drifts throughout the day and are already back at it this morning. Between the numerous paths and drop zones for supplies, that's quite a bit of snow to move, but our ferocious force of shovel-ers were never deterred. It appears as though spring will return on Monday. The snow is pretty, but we're all ready to see it melt away for a while. Cherokee Orchard Road opened yesterday, but US 441 through the park remains closed. Please use caution if you choose to climb the mountain anytime soon. It's expected to be frigid again this evening. Know when to turn around and keep others informed of your intentions. Thanks for checking in on us and have a great day!
