Morning, ya'll. Well, there's not much to be said about the weather today other than it's a little on the miserable side. Yesterday was beautiful though, with sunshine and blue skies and the temperature finally reaching above freezing at an almost balmy 38. The low was 6, but that was more from yesterday morning's reading as temperatures hung right above freezing over night. Just cold enough to deliver .8" of rain instead of more snow, making for a slushy morning. As of right now, we have dipped below freezing again, around 30 degrees. This is going to make for some treacherous conditions walking around camp as the ice refreezes, not to mention the hike up! Everyone just be aware and pay attention to your steps while hiking today. Watch out for ice especially on top of snow! Keep safe and warm today!
