Good morning folks, Its another fine morning in camp. This weather trend continues all the way through next week. No rain is in the forecast. The high yesterday was 38 degrees. The overnight low only dropped down to 17 degrees. It’s currently 21 degrees with light winds. Sunrise begged me to join this morning. I shoved off from camp. No traction is needed to wonder around the mountain. Folks if you can get away from the busy life below I recommend coming up and enjoying this weather. This is some of the best days without snow I have had. Spring has me eager to experience more off trail areas on LeConte. If you see me crawling off trail or back on trail don’t be alarmed all is well. I am looking forward to another full day outside. Hmmmm... what places to venture today? Possibilities are endless. Have a great day folks. Sunrises/Sunsets have been spectacular the recent days. See you at the top! PNUT Sunrise from Apollo Overlook.

Thanks PNUT for answering. I have a nikon and I was told I needed what is called a star filter for a 52mm. Does your cameras lens just do that or did you put a star lens on it? I am just getting into photography.
