Hello down there!! Happy holiday weekend! Let's just hope it stays dry for us. What a busy day so far. Justin and Walt have been selling merch, food and drinks like they are going out of style. Justin is even making a second batch of the famous chocolate chip cookies. #notTollhouse
It is currently 56.8 degrees and cloudy. Yesterday's high reached 58 and the low dropped to 49. We received .18 inches of rain.

There you are Norman! I was about to email you and see if you were doing okay. Those cookies do look good. Show us a picture of your no-bakes. I was so pooped when I got up to the lodge last October that I forgot about the no-bake cookies. And, my husband chose not to tell me that they were on our dinner table because I was not eating my main course very well. Shame on him! I made the trip up and off the mountain without getting one cookie! When I make my trip up this October I won't forget! : )

Your husband didn't mention the cookies... after hiking up LeConte... and you didn't push him off a cliff on the way down? Wow, you are truly in love! My wife would've still been giving me the silent treatment if I had done that :-)

Just a small point of procedure: Never photograph ALL of you food together. It makes it difficult for you to sample for quality. Hold back WAY more then you will sample and reintroduce what you have AFTER the quality sampling and perhaps a nice nap. I'll show you when I come up, but it will be late AUG and you could, by then, establish a pattern that makes it difficult for you.
