22! The overnight low was 22 after a pleasantly sunny 42, and boy does it sound like we're going to get some more of the same this week. Plus some rain! Pack for rain!  The llamas are coming up Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday this week so please leave room for them in the Trillium parking lot!
Alum Cave is closed Monday through Thursday so plan accordingly. Thank you to Buddy for the blueberries and Tail dragged and Bearbait better behave the

Very large bear spotted today in the middle of the trail on Bullhead half a mile from the end of the trail. Came around a curve in the trail and he was right there. Luckily, he ran for the woods. Just wanted to let folks know.

Which end of Bullhead? Top of trail - or at the bottom of the mountain?

The bottom of Bullhead--approximately half a mile before it ends at Old Sugarlands Mountain Trail.

Is the Alum Cave Trail still closed Monday through Thursday? I thought all the work had been completed - planning a hike soon and this is the trail we would like to use. Comments are closed.
