This is Buttermilk reporting from high atop a gorgeous mountain. Yesterday's high was 67 and today's low was 57. I would now like to take the time to talk about our crew member of the week.....Tate Mooring. Tate has been with us since August 1st. He hails from LaGrange, North Carolina. Not only is he the owner of a metal distribution company, but he is also an accomplished triathlete and baseball coach. Tate would like to give a shout out to his mommy Judy, papa Bob, nephew Jarrett, niece Kenley, brother Trey, sister-in-law Amanda, and his 2 German sheperds and Saban. Tate's ultimate goal in working here on Mt. LeConte is to become the best dish washer ever! So be sure to show some love to my boy Tate when you come up here.....we're extremely fortunate to have a person of his caliber up here on the mountain.

If you teach Tate to wash dishes, then that's great. Never did it for me!!

Welcome Tate! I don't live too far from another La Grange. The town made famous by one of my favorite bands, ZZ Top. You know that song, about a Texas town, and that little shack outside La Grange. ;-)

Dish washer...Crew knows crew. PS. TL is the best! I rank high up there... but no one beats Tim. Hands down...
