Good morning folks,
It’s a glorious morning on the mountain. The high yesterday was 47 degrees. The overnight low was 32 degrees. It was 35 degrees at 7am observation. No precipitation fell and there is trace amounts on the mountain. Well folks today is my last full day on the mountain. It’s has been a great ride! Thank you all for reading and keeping up with the blog. It was a pleasure serving as caretaker at Mt.LeConte! I will be heading down the mountain tomorrow and I’m excited to see my puppies! Hope you all have a wonderful day! SEE YOU AT THE TOP! P-NUT

Thanks for all your pics and information over the winter on Mt LeConte. I look at your updates daily and it always helps me keep in touch with my favorite mountain if only in spirit. Bird shot from a day ago looks like a Red Crossbill possibly. Great catch!! Safe travels!!!!
