The weather was an explosion of sight and sound. We awoke to thunderstorms in the morning and went to bed with an amazing light show. The time in between storm fronts turned out to be a beautiful day. The high was 57 and we had blue skies for the better part of the day. The storms starting rolling in around sundown. It made for a spectacular lightning display.

The following Windsor Jewelers commercial is running on local TV in Augusta. There is a LeConte marriage proposal in it.

Just to be clear, "It Ain't Me Babe". I don't know the couple in the commercial.

Awesome photos. What equipment and settings did you use to get these shots. I have tried for hours trying to get night and storm shots.

I used my Olympus xz-1 point and shoot camera on a tripod. I set the shutter speed to 4 seconds. You need a tripod or a stable surface for a shot like this. Comments are closed.
