Its a beautiful day up top loaded with sunshine, snowball fights and our yearly Mountain Thanksgiving made by Head Cook Emily and Assistant Cook Kemp. We are excited to celebrate the holiday together at 6593’. Our high temp yesterday was 43 degrees while our overnight temp got down to a chilly 20 degrees. The buckets of rain we had last night turned into snow around 10:30pm leaving us with two inches of fresh powder on the ground. If you plan to hike up today, bring plenty of layers as we remain in the mid 20s to mid 30s range, and don’t forget those traction devices! We hope to see you at the top!
