Good Morning,
Folks residing on the mountain are being greeted by clear skies and mild temps this Tuesday morning. Conditions will be starting out sunny but as the day progresses clouds are expected to thicken and build. The thermometer will sway from the 40s into the upper 50s today. The region is anticipating some rainfall finally late tonight and into Wednesday morning. There’s no denying how sorely some precipitation is needed, especially since Sevier County has been under a High Fire Danger rating due to the extremely dry conditions over recent weeks. We will also be under a Wind Advisory from 2:00 PM today until 8:00 AM tomorrow with gusts of 50mph possible over the mountains. Cooler conditions are incoming for late Wednesday, but the next several days appear pleasant with temps staying above freezing day and night. Friendly reminder to folks who secured 2023 reservations earlier this month that payment is due by Tuesday, November 1st. Failure to complete payment by that date results in forfeiture of said reservation. There is no online payment option, only over the phone. Due to the high volume of calls as that date approaches, guests should not wait until the last minute to make payment, as prospects looking to snag new vacancies will also be calling frenetically next week. Please take advantage of this final week of October to remit payment and avoid and unintended loss of a 2023 reservation. Our dedicated reservations team thanks you! Have a great day.
