 Cloud swirls. Hello, hello! What a beautiful start to the weekend! Yesterday's high was 71 and the low overnight was 51, still no rainfall. It is 60 degrees now with cloudless blue skies and a slight autumn breeze is making its was lazily through camp. Perfect hiking weather and I am apparently not the only one who thinks so! We are already very busy as Labor Day Weekend kicks off to a beautiful start. Happy hiking, y'all and we will see you up top!

day trippin in morning, 4th time this year. last time till knee replacement in october. hope the weather holds, want good memories through the winter.

Very cool picture and it definitely is a Halloween type of picture. I think that's one of those "Worm Holes" that some scientists claim to exist. Step through one and end up somewhere else in the universe ! Now, that's some way to travel ! I would like to have one here where I could step through it and find myself up at the Lodge ! But that's "fudging" a bit because a large part of the Lodge experience is the hike to get there isn't it !? It is for me. G'day.
