 I appreciate everyday having nature as my alarm clock. Waking up to this view every morning is a great way to start the day. Chris and I will be heading off the mountain this evening to get some rest, but don't worry folks, the blog updates will continue. I am finding it difficult to believe I am already heading off the mountain and the llamas have not been up yet. This season is taking a little while to get back in the swing of things. The weather has been incredible the past 5 days. The crew is enjoying the mountain air and sunshine. I will be back to on Monday with some pictures of wildflowers.  It's a great place to enjoy the simple life.

My trip to the lodge this past weekend was all I expected it to be; the crew was delightfully pleasant and made the visit even better; great food, wine, and company; my legs still hurt, but they'll recover; already I long to return; the view I had from cabin 9 was wonderful as usual, and I wanted to leave my door open all night, but sharing a bunk with a bear would not have been the best thing to do as I'd probably have kept him up all night in conversation ! was glad to meet the crew; I'll bring you more chocolate eggs next Easter ! Now in July, when I return, I hope you don't expect a big watermelon ! thanks folks ! Comments are closed.
