The Zany 2013 Crew

10/27/2013

Picture
We finally had all of the 2013 crew on the mountain to capture our crew photo. This crew decided they wanted the beautiful privies to be the backdrop. Each crew is so different. This years staff loves the zany side of life, which I will say, was refreshing during the rainy summer we experienced.

It was another beautiful day on the mountain. We saw a lot of day hikers milling around. The high reached 42º and the low was 24º. I believe the temperatures are supposed to be warming up over the next few days. We should be back in fall like temperatures soon.

My husband and I were up this year (early june) and truly enjoyed the staff with their love of life and "the mountain". We once again have our reservations for the same two nights in 2014 and cannot wait! See you all on the flip side. Keep on smiling and loving life guys!

Who's the old guy in the plaid shirt?

I believe it is Tim Line, General Manager. His wife Lisa is quite an artist and her drawings at an exhibit back in the early 80's are how we found out about the lodge. After seeing her display we had to come catch the views in person. We have been hooked ever since.

Paul B: I could be wrong, but I'm guessing J LeClair knew full well that Tim Line is in the picture and he is just messing with Tim. I suspect they are friends!
