The intensities of my feelings make me shudder and laugh. Several times I could not leave my room for the ridiculous reason that my eyes were inflamed - and why? Each time I had wept too much during my walks of the previous day. My tears were not sentimental, but tears of joy. I sang and said nonsensical things, filled with a new vision that puts me ahead of everyone else. Nietzsche Morning,
It was a beautiful day up top. The high was 25, but it was clear and the air was still. The low was 15. It was 21 and clear at observation. It looks like we'll have another clear day today. There is still a lot of water draining down the mountain and the ice is treacherous on Alum. Beware. I have several pictures of that bridge before you go up the arch rock stairway. Looks pretty nice in the picture. Where is the snow? It really makes me want to jump in the car and buzz down there.12 hours down, 3 hours up, hour on the mountain, 3 hours down and another 12 home. Maybe have to spend the night and go to the moonshine store for some samples before I head back home. Love it there!!! So hungary for some Tennessee Mountain sights. :)

I took many pictures when we went up Mt. Leconte last August. While I got some good pictures, none of my pictures look as fantastic as JP's pictures. I check this site every day and the pictures are better every day.

@JP, so what do you reckon your combined total snow fall has been on the mountain since you've been there?

You take pictures like I like to. Looking up at the light of the sun and the top of the trees. Thanks. Comments are closed.
